STROMBOLI 
Dough:

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. hot water

Toppings:

ham, Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Provolone cheese, turkey, mushrooms, hot dogs

Mix dough ingredients together. Divide in half. Roll each half to 9x13-inches. Layer desired toppings down center. Fold sides, which have been cut in 1-inch strips over center (sorta braiding). Brush top with 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of oregano.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes. Both will fit in a 9x13-inch pan.
