3 lg. zucchini
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
3 green onions

Peel zucchini and grate. Boil with chopped green onion until tender, drain. Melt butter, add cheese and mix, add to drained zucchini and stir together. Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees until top browns, about 20 minutes.
