1 egg
2 tbsp. catsup
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Dash pepper
1 lb. ground beef

Mix all ingredients. Form into patties. Place into ungreased baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Place slice of cheese on each for the last 12 minutes of baking.
