BROCCOLI AND CHEESE SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
6 c. water
8 oz. fine egg noodles
Pepper to taste
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
3/4 c. chopped onions
6 cubes chicken bouillon
1 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli
6 c. milk

Heat butter and saute onions for 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon; heat to boil. Gradually add noodles, salt, and pepper. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in broccoli and garlic powder. Cook 4 minutes. Add milk and cheese and stir constantly until cheese melts.
