BROCCOLI-CHEESE SOUP 
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. boiling water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1 pkg. frozen broccoli (cut up)
5 oz. fine noodles OR
3 c. cooked potatoes, diced
3 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Saute onion in butter. Cook broccoli in water with bouillon for 5 minutes. Add noodles or potatoes to broccoli and cook 5 minutes. Add 3 cups milk, 1/2 lb. cheese and onions. Stir until cheese is melted and thicken with cornstarch to desired thickness.
