POLISH LASAGNE 
1/2 c. rice
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 can tomato soup
1 med. head cabbage
2 eggs
1 med. onion
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. caraway seed

1. Chop cabbage coarsely and boil in water approximately 10 minutes; drain.

2. Cook rice and cool.

3. Mix meat with eggs, onion, seasonings and 1/2 can tomato soup; add rice and mix well.

4. Place 1/2 cabbage in lasagne pan. Cover cabbage with meat mixture and then cover with remaining cabbage.

5. Dilute rest of tomato soup with an equal amount of water. Pour over all. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven. (For thicker sauce, use Hunts tomato sauce rather than soup.)
