1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) dried beef, finely chopped

Mix all cheeses and onion soup mix by hands. Shape into 1 large ball and roll in dried beef. Keep refrigerated.
