1 pkg. Budding beef (deli section) (have substituted with dried beef)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tbsp. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 sm. green onions, chopped
Pinch of garlic
Pecans, chopped (put some in cheese ball)

Mix first 6 ingredients. Then roll in pecans to coat. Serve with crackers.
