HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ham, ground
1/2 lb. lean pork, ground
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. canned tomatoes
2/3 c. milk
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Mix meat, seasonings, eggs, tomatoes and milk. Roll meat in cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours for 2 loaves. Individual loaves, 1 1/2 hour baking.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook together 2 minutes. Baste every 20 minutes.
