GELATIN SQUARES 
3 env. unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. fruit juice, cold
1 1/2 c. fruit juice, heated to boiling

In a medium bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold juice, let stand 1 minute. Add hot juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour into an 8 inch square baking pan and chill until firm.
