GRAPE FINGER GELATIN 
1 can frozen grape juice concentrate, thawed
3 env. unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. water

Soften gelatin in grape juice. Boil water, add juice and gelatin mixture and stir until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat, pour into lightly greased 9"x13" pan and chill. Refrigerate in a covered container. It can go unrefrigerated for 4 hours under normal conditions. Other juices can be substituted.
