RHUBARB CRISP 
4 cups chopped rhubarb
4 tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oats

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut rhubarb in chunks into a 9x13x2-inch baking pan.

Combine flour, butter, sugar and salt and pour over rhubarb. Then take a bowl and mix all the remaining ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, salt and oats). This will be a crumbly mixture. Pat on top of rhubarb mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
