BLONDE BROWNIES 
6 tbsp. brown sugar
6 tbsp. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. water
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
Walnuts (optional)

Cream sugars and butter. Add egg, vanilla and water. Mix. Add flour, baking soda and salt, until blended.

Pour into a 9 x 9 inch greased pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of batter. Place in oven for 1 minute. Remove from oven and take a knife and marbelize chocolate chips into batter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
