OVEN SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
7 oz. uncooked spaghetti, broken into sm. pieces
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Oregano (optional)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain and put in the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Break up tomatoes and add all the remaining ingredients to the tomatoes (except for the Cheddar cheese). Pour over hamburger. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees about 45 minutes. Stir once in a while to blend everything together. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook, uncovered 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
