1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick melted butter
Parsley
Paprika
8 to 10 potatoes, boiled in jackets and cubed
2 slices bread cubed
Onion salt
Garlic salt

Layer in a 9 x 13 inch pan; cubed potatoes, onions, bread and cheese. Pour melted butter top. Sprinkle with spices. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and bread is toasted 15 to 20 minutes.
