Cut 1 round steak, about 1/2 inch thick, into serving size pieces. Flour and brown in a skillet using 1 stick butter. When brown on both sides, place in an electric skillet. using 1/2 cup water, rinse out skillet used for browning meat and pour over meat. Slice 1 medium onion and place on top of the meat.
Add: 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
Turn electric skillet to 300 degrees and cook for 2 to 3 hours until meat is tender. 30 minutes before serving, add a can of mushrooms, if desired. Periodically add water to meat to keep it from drying out. This will also give you some gravy when meat is cooked.
