1 lb. ground beef
1/2 med. onion, diced
1 level tsp. basil, salt, and pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. catsup

TOPPING:

1/2 c. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. milk (scalded)
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Put in pan and let set until other ingredients are mixed, then mix all ingredients together with topping last. Bake until done.
