CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT PIE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. oreo cookies (30-35 cookies), crushed
5 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 gal. peppermint stick ice cream
1 1/2 c. Pet milk
2 c. chocolate chips
3 c. mini marshmallows

Mix crushed Oreo cookies and butter; pat into bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Slice ice cream and place on crust. Put into freezer. Over low heat, mix remaining ingredients. Stir and cool to room temperature, then pour onto ice cream; freeze.
