STIR FRY BEEF IN WOK 
1 1/2 lbs. steak
1 sm. onion
3/4 c. carrots
1 sm. green pepper strips
1 1/2 c. celery
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
Rice or noodles

Prepare the following: cut steak into thin strips. Slice onion, separate into rings. Cut carrots into very thin pieces. Slice celery into bite size pieces. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, soy sauce, tomato sauce and ginger. Set aside.

Place steak in 1/4 cup oil in wok or frying pan. Saute quickly on high heat, stirring constantly. Add onion rings, celery, and carrots. Continue to stir fry. Then add green pepper and mushrooms. Stir in tomato soy sauce mixture. Stir fry for 4 minutes longer until sauce becomes thick and shiny. Serve over rice or noodles.
