POCKET JOES 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 sm. zucchini, finely chopped
2 pita bread rounds, finely chopped
2 pita bread rounds, halved crosswise

In a skillet cook ground beef, onion and celery until meat is brown and onion and celery are tender; drain well. Stir in pizza sauce, mustard and pepper. Bring to a boil, stir in zucchini; heat through. Fill each pita half with some of the meat mixture. Makes 4 servings.
