SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs until thick and lemon color. Stir in milk. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Mix until smooth. Drop into medium hot griddle. Spread evenly to make thin cake. Turn when light brown. Put on plate and butter and roll into a roll. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with lingenberry jam or any kind you like.
