SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter

Beat eggs together until light. Add salt and flour beaten to milk and beat. Add melted butter. Bake on a hot cast iron griddle or a Plattar pan. Serve with sour cream and lingonberries.
