1 egg white
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. pecans

Beat egg white until foamy. Add sugar and cinnamon. Stir well. Add pecans and coat well. Spread on foil covered cookie sheet and bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.
