FISH BAKE 
2 lbs. fresh or frozen cod, pollack or flounder fillets
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1 c. milk
2 c. croutons
1/4 c. butter, melted

If fish is frozen, thaw. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut fish into serving pieces. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat fish and arrange in single layer in ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish. Sprinkle dill weed on top. Pour milk on top. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Toss croutons with butter; sprinkle on fish. Bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 6.

Good recipe. I don't think the cooking time is correct however. I cooked mine for about 30 to 25 minutes and fish came out great.
