SHAKER LEMON-GLAZED CARROTS 
1 1/2 lb. baby carrots, cleaned and cooked
2 tbsp. firmly-packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Place whole cooked carrots in 1-quart baking dish. Combine sugar, butter, and lemon juice in a small pan; bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until thick. Pour glaze over carrots and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
