LEMON GLAZED CARROTS 
1 1/2 lb. baby carrots, cleaned & cooked
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice

Place whole, cooked carrots in 1 quart baking dish. Combine broth sugar, butter and lemon juice in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Pour over carrots and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
