BAKED ORANGE CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 orange, sliced

Brown chicken in butter. Remove chicken from skillet. Add flour and stir until smooth. Cook 1 minute. Gradually add orange juice. Cook until thick and bubbly. Stir in salt and cinnamon. Arrange chicken in greased baking dish. Top with orange slices. Pour sauce over chicken.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F.

Serves 6.
