ORANGE BAKED CHICKEN 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. basil
1 fryer, cut up

In large bowl, combine egg, orange juice and soy sauce. Mix well. Combine crumbs, salt and basil. Lightly butter 13 x 9 inch pan. Dip chicken in orange juice mixture. Roll in crumbs. Arrange skin side up. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until tender.
