CREAM BAKED TURKEY 
8 c. diced turkey
6 c. croutons, seasoned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
4 tbsp. butter

Combine turkey and croutons. Heat soups with one can of water and pour over turkey and croutons. Melt butter and pour over cracker crumbs. Put turkey mixture in a baking dish. Melt butter and pour over cracker crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs on top of turkey. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
