TURKEY-NOODLE BAKE 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
3 beaten eggs
2 c. fine noodles, cooked
2 c. cubed turkey
1 c. soft bread crumbs
4 oz. sharp processed cheese, shredded
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Blend milk into mushroom soup; add beaten eggs. Stir in noodles, turkey, bread crumbs, cheese, green pepper, butter, and pimento. Turn into greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.

NOTE: Chicken or ham may be substituted for turkey.
