SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter
6 green spring onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. thin noodles
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown beef in butter with onions. Add salt, garlic salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Cook noodles as package directs. Rinse and drain.

Mix noodles, cottage cheese and sour cream. Alternate 2 layers of noodle mixture and meat in greased 2 quart casserole, beginning with noodles and ending with meat. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted and browned.
