BAKED TURKEY CORN TOMATO | |
1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 tbsp. butter 1 can whole kernel corn 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked turkey 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup 1/3 c. tomato catsup 1/4 c. process American cheese, shredded 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French fried krinkle cut potatoes Using a skillet cook the onion and celery in butter until the vegetables are tender, but not brown. Stir in the corn, turkey, soup, catsup and cheese. Turn into an 8"x8"x2" baking dish. Arrange potatoes over top. Bake, uncovered in a hot oven, 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
