SHRIMP BALL 
3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tiny shrimp
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Drain shrimp well and mash very fine. Mix with everything above and roll into ball. Garnish with parsley and sprinkle with cayenne. Serve with crackers. Serves 20.
