BRAUNSCHWEIGER BALL 
1 1/2 lbs. braunschweiger
8 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. shrimp sauce
1/2 c. taco sauce (hot)
Sprinkle Tabasco sauce
Parsley flakes

Combine braunschweiger, cheese and sauces. Roll into ball and sprinkle with parsley flakes. Chill and serve with crackers.

VARIATION: "Ice" the cold ball with whipped cream cheese and decorate with sliced olives.
