BRAUNSCHWEIGER BALL 
1 lb. braunschweiger
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix in mixer until blended. Chill.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. horseradish

Cut braunschweiger loaf in half. Ice like cake. Refrigerate until set.
