2-4 eggs or yolks
1 pt. vinegar
1 c. cream (sweet or sour)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour

Beat eggs well, add vinegar, stir in sugar, flour and seasonings. Cook until thick, then add cream. Very good on potato salad.
