1 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. flour
Salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix dry ingredients together and cream with melted butter. Add to heated milk and cook until thickened. Stir in lemon juice slowly. Add cottage cheese and stir constantly to keep smooth, then fold sour cream into dressing.
