RIGATONI A LA VODKA 
1 lb. rigatoni
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 lb. cooked bacon, chopped fine
1 c. heavy cream with 1 1/2 tsp. sugar added to it
1/3 c. vodka
Garlic to taste

Melt butter. When it starts to bubble and turn brown, add bacon. When bacon is heated, add vodka and garlic. Cook until most of the vodka burns off. Add heavy cream and tomato sauce. Simmer for about 20 minutes, until hot. Cook rigatoni. Pour sauce over rigatoni and serve immediately.
