SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 pie pastry, baked
1 1/2 c. sour cream or sour milk
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
3 egg yolks (reserve whites for meringue)

Mix all ingredients together. Boil until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour into pie shell. Top with meringue.

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
6 tbsp. sugar

Beat egg whites, vanilla, cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, continue beating until stiff peaks form. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until meringue is golden brown.
