JIFFY COFFEE CAKE | |
1 Jiffy white cake mix 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. sour cream 1/3 c. plus 1 tbsp. salad oil 2 eggs Mix in order. FILLING: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. nuts Put half of batter in greased and floured 8x2 inch pan. Sprinkle half of filling over batter. Then remaining batter, then remaining filling. Bake about 30-35 minutes in 375 degree oven. Cool before cutting 5-10 minutes. GLAZE: 3/4 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. milk Mix and pour over cake. |
