1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 box pistachio instant pudding
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1 1/2 c. finely chopped maraschino cherries (optional)

Combine in order given. Mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Pretty and very tasty for holidays!
