PISTACHIO COOL GREEN COOKIES 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. sm. pistachio pudding mix (instant)
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. oil (Wesson)
3 eggs
1 c. lime soda

Mix ingredients until smooth. Pour into a 12 x 15 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool before frosting.

1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix (instant)
1 1/4 milk

1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix with pudding. Spread on cake and place 4 maraschino cherries on top if desired and then refrigerate. Serve cool.
