CHICKEN TETRAZINNI 
3 c. boiled chopped chicken
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
2 c. milk or 1 c. milk and 1 c. chicken broth
2 small jars pimentos
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 tbsp. flour
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles. Sauté onions, peppers and celery in butter. Stir in flour. Slowly cook until thick. Add seasonings and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir until melted. Add milk, pimentos, soup, chicken and noodles. Put in shallow baking dish (9 x 13). Cover with bread crumbs and remaining cheese.

Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Great to freeze and bake another day!
