SWEDISH LACY ALMOND WAFERS 
3/4 c. finely ground almonds
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. heavy cream

Mix ingredients together in a small heavy pan. Cook until butter melts. Drop 3 inches apart on well-buttered cookie sheet. Bake 6 (maximum) at a time at 350 degrees. Bake until golden (somewhere between 3 and 7 minutes). Watch carefully! Cool only until edge is firm enough to lift. Roll over spoon handle.
