ITALIAN CHICKEN 
2 lb. chicken, cut up
1 large bottle of Wishbone Italian Dressing
flour
Parmesan cheese
garlic salt

Marinate the chicken in Italian dressing over night. Keep Refrigerate. Mix equal parts of flour and parmesan cheese. Add garlic and salt to taste. Roll chicken in flour mixture and put in shallow baking pan. Pour remaining dressing around chicken, but not on top.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Note: I tried it without the flour, with just cheese and garlic. Very tasty.
