TERIYAKI 
3 to 3 1/2 lb. chuck roast

Sprinkle with tenderizer and cut into small strips. Marinate overnight. Works great on the grill!

MARINADE:

1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
