CREPES 
1 c. cold water
2 c. milk
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 c. all-purpose flour
6 tbsp. melted butter

Mix all ingredients together. Prepare skillet with a teaspoon oil, heat until hot. Pour a small amount of batter into skillet, tilt pan to cover bottom. Cook about 1 minute, turn cook other side about 1/2 minute. Baste with butter. Serve with favorite topping.
