HAWAIIAN QUICHE 
1 tomato
1 onion
1 bag frozen broccoli
12 mushrooms
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
Dash of garlic salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper

Chop all vegetables; heat oil in skillet over low heat; add vegetables, stir for 15 minutes.

CRUST: Beat 4 eggs, add garlic salt, milk, flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well the vegetables and crust. Add all the ingredients and put into 2 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells; bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
