BEEF AND PEPPERS 
1 lb. beef, cut for fondue
1 env. dry onion soup mix
3 tbsp. cooking oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tsp. flour
2 peppers (1 green, 1 red), cut into 1" squares
3 ribs celery, cut into 1/2" slices
8 green onions, cut into 1/2" slices
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. sugar

In medium bowl, combine beef with onion soup, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, garlic and 1 teaspoon flour. Marinate 20 minutes.

In large skillet, heat remaining oil and cook peppers and celery over high heat, stirring frequently for 3 minutes. Add green onions and cook 2 minutes. Remove from pan. Add beef to skillet and cook 3 minutes.

In small bowl, mix remaining soy sauce and flour with water and sugar. Add to skillet with vegetables and simmer 3 minutes. Serves 3.
