WILLOW GLEN WINGS | |
1 (5 oz.) jar Tabasco sauce 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar 1 (12 oz.) beer 2 packs HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix Paprika 1 pack (12-14) drumettes or wing sections Combine Tabasco, butter, vinegar and beer in a 2 quart saucepan. Heat on low until butter melts, increase heat to medium and add drumettes. Simmer drumettes until cooked through, about 30 minutes. Place drumettes on cookie sheet, sprinkle with some of the dressing mix and lightly with paprika. Place under broiler for 8 to 10 minutes, turning and dusting with dressing mix every few minutes. Serve hot with prepared Ranch dressing for dipping. NOTE: Same mixture may be used for continued cooking of more drumettes. |
